These terms apply to PlayPal, a WhatsApp assistant operated by [Company legal name], [registered address] ("PlayPal", "we"). By messaging PlayPal, you agree to them.
The service
PlayPal helps you find players at your level, organise matches, and find places to play. PlayPal does not book or pay for courts, and is not a party to any arrangement between players, or between players and venues. Venue information may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm with the venue.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older and use your own WhatsApp number. Give an honest name and level.
Playing fair
- Only join matches you intend to play. If you can't make it, leave the match in PlayPal as early as possible.
- Vote honestly after matches. Don't manipulate votes or levels.
- Treat other players respectfully. Don't use numbers you receive through PlayPal for anything other than coordinating that match.
- Don't use PlayPal to send spam, harass people or advertise.
We may limit or block accounts that break these rules.
Levels
Levels are estimates based on what you tell us and on other players' votes. They're a guide for balanced matches, not an official ranking.
Safety and responsibility
Sport involves physical risk. You take part in matches at your own risk and are responsible for your own health, equipment and insurance. As far as the law allows, PlayPal is not liable for injuries, losses, no-shows, venue issues or disputes between players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Price
PlayPal is free during launch. If we introduce paid features, we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged without agreeing.
Ending
You can stop using PlayPal at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, with reasonable notice where possible.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
